Cochrane Masters Swim Club (CMSC) is an adult swim club through Swim Alberta, accepting novice swimmers who can swim at least 6-10 lengths of the pool through to competitive swimmers. The club accepts swimmers over the age of 18 and currently has a broad demographic ranging from 20 years old to 70 years old.

The goal of CMSC is for swimmers to get an excellent workout while having fun. The club’s three coaches are very interested in providing engaging and appropriately challanged work outs focused on the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. They are excited to build up each swimmer’s skills and help them to meet their individual goals. Many of the club’s members chose to compete throughout the season with other Masters swim clubs.

CMSC run a Fall session (Oct - mid-Feb) and a Winter/Spring session (mid-Feb - May). Both sessions are at Spray Lakes Sports Centre (SLS Centre) in the lap pool.
